Getting Started

Here is a summary of the process to help you get started buying silver today:

1. Call Goldline at 1-800-320-8214 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday and speak to an Account Executive and request a free Investor Kit.
2. Review Goldline's risk disclosure booklet along with applicable state refund policies.
3. Review and complete Goldline's Account Agreement.
4. Your Account Executive will tell you about the different coins and products that are available, including proof Silver Eagles, Morgan Silver Dollars, and 1964 Brilliant Uncirculated Kennedy Half-Dollars.
5. To facilitate your order, Goldline offers several payment options. We accept:

• Cash (in person only)

• Credit Card* (not available for certain bullion purchases)

• Discover
• Personal Check
• Cash purchases must be made at our Santa Monica, California offices. Please call one business day in advance to schedule your appointment with an Account Executive.

*Goldline does not recommend that you go into credit card debt to make a purchase.

6. Goldline delivers precious metals via Federal Express, registered insured USPS mail and United Parcel Service. Free shipping is provided for all phone orders to the United States and Canada. Canadian clients are responsible for any applicable customs fees. Delivery fees are subject to change at any time.
7. Goldline offers insured storage of precious metals through independent third-party depositories (storage is not available for residents of certain states). You can, at your election, choose to take delivery of your metals at any time. Certain conversion and delivery fees may apply when taking delivery.
