Use of our free spot pricing and charts are subject to these terms of use. By copying, downloading or otherwise using the Goldline Widgets (the "Widgets") you agree to be bound by the terms of use. Goldline may modify the terms of use at any time with or without notice. If you do not agree to the terms of use, please do not copy or otherwise use the Widgets.

Goldline grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely to download and display the Widgets on your website.

You will not cause, permit or authorize any modification of the Widgets, which includes separation into component parts or creation of derivative works.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Widgets, including all intellectual property rights therein as well as in Goldline's trademarks and copyrights, shall remain the exclusive property of Goldline and/or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the Widgets are licensed, not sold.

Goldline has absolute editorial control over the Widgets and Goldline content which Goldline may modify, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

Goldline disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the provided spot prices and charts. Goldline reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the free spot price and chart services without notice at any time and without any liability to any user of these services.

By using these free services, you agree that you are responsible for the usage of all spot prices and charts provided by Goldline and as such, are liable for any breach these terms of service. Prohibited use of the spot prices and charts includes, but is not limited to, removal of html data, use of charts for illegal activity, alteration of the spot prices or charts, and removal of links to goldline.com. Violation of any of these terms of use may result in immediate termination of the spot price and chart service as well as potential civil action for damages and injunctive relief.

You will not (i) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the networks, applications, systems or services connected to or supporting the Widgets; (ii) introduce or implement software or automated agents incorporating or in association with the Widgets, or access the Widgets, to strip, mine, compile or collect Widget content; or (iii) interfere with, disrupt, or modify any data or functionality of the Widgets.

Use of Goldline's free spot prices and chart services constitutes your agreement that Goldline and/or its licensors own all rights and titles to this service including, but not limited to, all intellectual property rights are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The user thus agrees that he/she will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the spot prices and charts without explicit written permission from Goldline. Failure to obtain such permission may result in legal action.

YOU MAY NOT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ATTEMPT TO RE-SELL, REDISTRIBUTE, SYNDICATE OTHERWISE COMMERCIALIZE THE WIDGETS OR CONTENT IN ANY WAY.

You may not directly or indirectly suggest any endorsement or approval by Goldline of your site or any non-Goldline entity, product or content or any views expressed within your site or service.

You agree to defend and indemnify Goldline, its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of your: (i) breach of the Terms of Service, (ii) violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (iii) use of this website.

You shall not, and shall not allow or authorize any third party to, use or display the Widgets on any website that, in Goldline's sole opinion, falls into any one or more of the following categories: sites that incite hatred or discriminate against any specific social group or exploit persons whether based on race, religion, gender, sexuality or any other attribute or belief; sites that promote, encourage or facilitate violence, disruptive behavior, terrorism or illegal activity, including activities that risk national security; sites which are unsuitable for family viewing or are misleading, libelous, pornographic, or defamatory, or which promote or make available otherwise objectionable content; or sites that disparage or in any manner tarnish or diminish the image or reputation of Goldline or its affiliates.

THE WIDGETS ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND GOLDLINE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND ACCURACY REGARDING THE WIDGETS, THE GOLDLINE WEBSITE AND ANY CONTENT THEREON.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY VISITORS TO YOUR WEBSITE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUE, PROFITS OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY OF THE WIDGETS, THE GOLDLINE WEBSITE, AND ANY AND ALL CONTENT ON, OWNED, LICENSED, OR DISPLAYED BY GOLDLINE ON THE GOLDLINE WEBSITE, OR ANY VIRUS OR OTHER CONTAMINATION OR ANY USE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE WIDGETS, GOLDLINE WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, EVEN IF GOLDLINE AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES AND /OR LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Goldline may restrict, suspend or terminate the Widgets and/or the license granted herein or your access to any Widget or Goldline website at any time with or without reason. You agree to remove all copies of the Widgets in use upon receiving notice of termination from Goldline.

Goldline may not offer any technical or maintenance support for the Widgets. Goldline may offer upgrades or updates to the Widgets at its sole discretion.
